Ice Breaker is a Hydrosophist skill in Divinity: Original Sin 2.

Description

Ice Breaker is an offensive hydrosophist skill that allows the caster to explode all ice surfaces in a 13 meter radius from the caster. The ice explosions will deal water damage to all characters caught in the blast, which will additionally reduce all ice surfaces into water surfaces.

Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with Chilled and suffer damage directly to their health. Ice Breaker is the only Hydrosophist skill that cannot cause Frozen status effect. Due to this skill dealing area of effect damage, it will most likely reveal all hostile characters under Invisible status effect.

Since Ice Breaker relies on Hydrosophy magic, it cannot be cast if the caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Ice Breaker skill is not reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).
