Acid Infusion is a Geomancer and Summoning source skill.

Description

Acid Infusion is a supportive mixed skill that allows caster to change their summoned Incarnate's element to cursed poison. By changing the element, the Incarnate gains multiple boons associated with it. Its basic close attack will deal poison damage. Due to the Incarnate being infused with cursed poison it gains File:Poison Resistance Icon.png Poison Resistance + 120 % but it suffer from decreased resistances: File:Air Resistance Icon.png Air Resistance - 20 %. Besides Poison resistance being increased the Incarnate becomes immune to Poisoned status effect. Alongside this the Incarnate learns the Geomancer skill Poison Dart and Geomancer source skill Acid Spores for which it also gains + 2 Source Points. Lastly it will receive + 10 points to Geomancer ability itself.

Note that unlike the Poison Infusion the effects of Acid Infusion cannot be achieved by summoning the Incarnate unto cursed poison surface.

Since Acid Infusion relies on Geomancer and Summoning magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects.

Acid Infusion is one of the few magic-based skills that does not have a scroll.

Gift Bag: Pet Power

Gift Bag: Pet Power allows this skill to be used on any summoned creature. This gift bag also shortens the cooldown of this skill from 3 turns to 1 turn. Following table shows what skills will specific summoned entity gain from Acid Infusion. Note that there are no changes to the skill and bonuses granted by the Acid Infusion skill to the Incarnate, likewise all summoned entities gain source skill Acid Spores and + 2 Source points.
