Description
[edit | edit source]Fling an Oil Blob at target point, dealing earth damage in the area. Oil Blob deals earth damage with melee attacks and leaves an oil puddle on death. The blob can use Fossil Strike and Turn to Oil.
Since Summon Oily Blob relies on Metamorphosis magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by File:Silenced.png Silenced and File:Enraged.png Enraged status effects.
