Hail Strike is a Hydrosophist skill.

Description

[edit | edit source]

Hail Strike is an offensive hydrosophist skill that allows character to rain three icicles in a roughly 2 meter radius area. Each icycle has 1 meter radius and deal water damage as well as create ice surface. Note that this skill only creates ice surfaces and does not freeze any blood or water surfaces in area of effect. Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with Chilled or Frozen (if target is already affected by Wet or Chilled) status effects for 2 turns and suffer damage directly to their health.

Since Hail Strike relies on Hydrosophy magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Hail Strike skill is reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).
