Trigger Spores is a Geomancer skill released as part of the Gift Bag: The Four Relics of Rivellon.

Description

edit

Trigger Spores is an offensive Geomancer skill that allows the caster to make nearby Contamination Spores explode. Each Spore deals poison damage to all characters. Additionally, the Spore will leave a Poison Cloud at its location.

Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with the Poisoned status effect for 3 turns and suffer damage directly to their health, with the exception of Undead who will receive the Poisoned status effect regardless of their armour values and restore their health in proportion to the poison damage dealt by the status.

Since Trigger Spores relies on Geomancy magic, it cannot be cast if the caster is affected by Silenced or Enraged status effects.

Acquisition

edit

Trigger Spores is a tierless skill that has no scroll or skillbook from which it can be learnt or cast.

Instead, this skill can be learnt by either having an elven character eat an Elven Scion's Arm which is dropped by Daeyena (earliest location at a ship in the Hidden Alcove) or by reading Spore Research Notes found in The Blackpits.
