Description

Silencing Stare is an offensive necromancer skill that allows the caster to curse hostile characters in a cone area up to 13 meters. All hostile characters affected by the skill will take Magic Armour damage. Characters without Magic Armour are afflicted with the Silenced status effect that makes them unable to cast magic-based skills for 1 turn.

Since Silencing Stare relies on Necromancy magic, it cannot be cast if the caster is affected by Silenced or Enraged status effects.
