Closed Circuit is an offensive Aerotheurge skill that allows the caster to release a small electric wave around themselves in a 4 meter radius. The wave deals air damage to all characters and creates cursed electrified steam clouds in its wake. Additionally, the caster will be protected for 1 turn by the Air Immunity status effect, which increases Air Resistance by 100% and grants immunity to Shocked and Stunned status effects.

Characters without Magic Armour (with the exception of the caster) will be afflicted with the Shocked status effect for 2 turns and will suffer damage directly to their health. If a character is already affected by Shocked or Wet, they will instead be affected by the Stunned status effect, which will paralyse them for 1 turn.

Since Closed Circuit relies on Aerotheurgy magic, it cannot be cast if the character is affected by Silenced or Enraged status effects. The skill is reflected back when the target is under the Deflective Barrier skill.

Bugs
  • The skill appears to be bugged in PC version of the Definitive Edition. In the Game Master mode the skill will create cursed steam clouds instead of cursed electrified steam clouds.
