Goa is a magister who is along with magister Carin helping sourcerers, especially children escape Fort Joy. He is one of the few magisters who possibly cooperate with The Seekers and other associates like Madam Zoor to help sourcerers. Currently he is with Carin helping Han escape by boat in Fort Joy prison docks.
