UID: ProjectileStrike_DazingBolt

Dazing Bolt is an offensive Aerotheurge skill that allows the caster to call down lightning at a target location in a 13 meter radius. The bolt will deal air damage to all characters in a 3 meter radius of the target area and electrify any water and blood surfaces as well as clouds.

Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with the Shocked status effect for 2 turns. If a character is already affected by Shocked or Wet, they will instead be affected by the Stunned status effect, which will paralyse them for 1 turn.

Since Dazing Bolt relies on Aerotheurgy magic, it cannot be cast if the character is affected by Silenced or Enraged status effects. The skill is reflected back when the target is under the Deflective Barrier skill.
