Turn To Oil is a Geomancer and Polymorph skill in Divinity: Original Sin 2.

Template:Pagename nd is a supportive mixed skill that allows caster to transform all types of blood and water surfaces (with the exception of cursed frozen blood surface) into oil surfaces which will retain their blessed/cursed effects. Besides surface transformation this skill will remove File:Stunned.png Stunned and File:Shocked.png Shocked status effects from one chosen allied character in 13 meter range from the caster.
Since Template:Pagename nd relies on Geomancy and Metamorphosis magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by File:Silenced.png Silenced and File:Enraged.png Enraged status effects.
Scroll and Skillbook
[edit | edit source]Template:Pagename nd skillbook is a magical item that allows its reader to learn Template:Pagename nd skill, if they have at least 1 point into both Geomancer and Polymorph abilities, and use it indefinitely. In order to be able to cast the skill, character needs 1 free memory slot. Note that the book will disappear once read. The book weights 0.5 and its base value is 190 gold. A skillbook can be crafted if a any non-source Geomancer and Polymorph skillbooks are combined. Since Template:Pagename nd is a mixed skill, traders do not have the skillbook for sale.
Template:Pagename nd is one of the few magic-based skills in the game that does not have a scroll.

Since Template:Pagename nd skill does not deal damage and only removes status effects besides transforming surfaces it is not affected by Level, attributes or abilities of the caster.
However the skill may be affected by talents or other skills.

- This skill, alongside Fossil Strike, is automatically available to the summoned Oily Blob.
- Gift Bags
- This skill can be temporarily learnt and used by Fire Slug if it is under the effect of: Oil Infusion or Cursed Oil Infusion
- Oil Infusion and Cursed Oil Infusion as skills are only available as part of gift bag Order and Magic feature: Pet Power, likewise the ability to infuse Fire Slug with Infusions is available only as part of the Pet Power feature as well.
