Detailed Walkthrough

edit

If beginning from Magister Yarrow, ascend the fort's ramparts to find her (Template:Xy) and speak to her. She will ask if the Godwoken have seen an inmate called Migo. From here head to the beach to the south of Fort Joy and east of the caverns where Saheila and the elves reside (Template:Xy). Here Migo, now a gheist in a state of Fugue can be found, along with several bodies. Approaching Migo at this stage will result in discussion followed by an inevitable battle. Defeating him will result in Migo's Ring and Migo's Breastplate being dropped.

If one does not want to fight him, they must acquire a yarrow flower before approaching Migo. There are ten flowers on the island, however, three can be obtained before escaping the fort into the Hollow Marshes:

Return to the beach and approach Migo, offering him the flower. He will calm down and present the Godwoken with his ring. Regardless of the outcome, return (or find) Magister Yarrow and advise her of her father's fate; presenting the ring as proof. She will then make her way down to the beach. If found there, she will reward the player with the Magister's Key, completing the quest.
