Overview
editRooted grants +3 Memory slots. It is acquired by 
Sebille if she accepts her role as Prime Scion of the Mother Tree on the Nameless Isle. This talent cannot be selected during character creation or at a magic mirror – it is earned through a specific quest choice.
Because Rooted is a quest talent, it does not consume a talent point, making it a free bonus equivalent to the 
Mnemonic talent.
