Poisoned Lemon is a consumable item that was poisoned through various means (either Poison Bottle or Zaikk's Talon). Poisoning the Lemon will reduce its value to 0. Instead of healing it will deal 2 points of poison damage, rendering it unsafe for the living but safe for Undead and increase the Wits attribute by 1 point.
If character has Five-Star Diner talent the Lemon will deal 4 points of poison damage and increase the Wits attribute by 2 points. The effects last 3 turns.
