Upon the initial encounter with Doctor Leste, she is attending to Dain's care. She inquires whether the player character possesses any alcohol to relieve Dain's pain. Providing alcohol yields 250 XP twice, totalling 500 XP. Alternatively, healing Dain results in 250 XP and the acquisition of The Sparkler Card following a conversation with him.
