Lord of Chaos

From dos2.wiki

The Lord of Chaos is the eighth Eternal lord who participated in the rebellion against the God King in Divinity: Original Sin 2. Unlike the Seven Gods, the Lord of Chaos was subsequently banished to the hells and became the god of demons.

For me to help you, our souls must touch. And a kiss brings our souls closer, does it not? It shall fulfil both your desire... and mine.
Dorotya, the Decadent One, a servant of demonkind

Overview

edit

During the rebellion of the eight Eternal lords against the God King, seven of them went on to create the mortal races of Rivellon and became known as the Seven Gods. The eighth lord, however, took a different path. Rather than creating a mortal race, the Lord of Chaos was banished to the hells by the other seven, where he became the ruler of demonkind.

The Lord of Chaos is not one of the Seven Gods and does not have a mortal race or Godwoken champion. His domain is the demonic realm, from which his followers occasionally influence events in Rivellon.

Connection to Adramahlihk

edit

The demon AdramahlihkAdramahlihk is one of the most prominent servants of the Lord of Chaos encountered in the game. Adramahlihk has possessed LohseLohse, disrupting her connection to her patron god Rhalic, and seeks to use her as a vessel to claim the power of Divinity for himself.

Notes

edit
  • The Lord of Chaos is referenced in lore books and dialogue but is not directly encountered during the events of the game.
  • The relationship between the Lord of Chaos, the God King, and the Seven Gods adds complexity to the game's theological landscape – three competing divine factions, each with their own agenda.
