Poisoned Mackerel is a consumable item that was poisoned through various means (either poison bottle or Zaikk's Talon). Poisoning the Mackerel will reduce its value to 0. Instead of healing it will deal poison damage equal to 10% of the consumers maximum Vitality, rendering it unsafe for the living but safe for Undead and grants +1 bonus point into Intelligence.

If character has Five-Star Diner talent the Mackerel will deal poison damage equal to 20% of the consumers maximum Vitality and grants +2 bonus points into Intelligence. The effect lasts 3 turns.
