Background

Carin is a magister secretly helping sourcerers, especially children, escape Fort Joy. She is one of the few magisters who possibly cooperate with The Seekers and other associates like Madam Zoor to help sourcerers. Currently she is with magister Goa helping young sourcerer Han escape the fort through a boat in Fort Joy prison.
