Winter Blast is a offensive hydrosophist skill that allows character to rain a blast of cold from the sky at chosen area in 13 meter range. This blast deals water damage only to the enemies of the caster as well as creates an ice surface (lasts 1 turn) in 3 meter radius.

Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with Chilled or Frozen (if target is already affected by Wet or Chilled) status effects for 2 turns and suffer damage directly to their health.

Since Winter Blast relies on Hydrosophy magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Winter Blast skill is not reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill.
