Overview

All Skilled Up grants 1 bonus combat ability point and 1 bonus civil ability point immediately upon selection.

Strategy

• All Skilled Up provides immediate, unconditional value. The extra combat ability point accelerates damage scaling or unlocks a new skill school, while the civil ability point can be invested in Persuasion, Thievery, or any other civil skill.
• The talent is strongest at lower levels, when each ability point has a proportionally larger impact.
• At higher levels, ability points are more plentiful and the relative value of one additional point diminishes. Talents such as  Executioner or  Elemental Affinity generally provide more long-term benefit.
