Ice Fan is a Hydrosophist skill. Note that this skill only creates ice surfaces and does not freeze any blood or water surfaces in the area of effect.

Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with Chilled or Frozen (if the target is already affected by Wet or Chilled) status effects for 2 turns and suffer damage directly to their health.

Since Ice Fan relies on Hydrosophy magic, it cannot be cast if the caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Ice Fan skill is reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).
