Glass Cannon grants the character 6 AP at the start of every round, regardless of how many AP were unspent in the previous turn. However, physical and magic armour no longer protect against status effects, meaning the character can be crowd-controlled at any time.

Strategy

  • Glass Cannon is an extremely powerful talent when used with the right tactics. The guaranteed 6 AP per round enables devastating opening turns, but the loss of armour-based CC protection makes the character vulnerable to a single stun, knockdown, or freeze.
  • Effective Glass Cannon play requires using invisibility (Chameleon CloakChameleon Cloak, Blessed Smoke CloudBlessed Smoke Cloud) or distance to avoid being targeted. After dealing damage, the character cloaks or repositions to prevent enemies from applying CC.
  • The talent is risky on Honour mode, where a CC chain on a Glass Cannon character can cascade into a party wipe. Many experienced players still use it successfully with disciplined play.
