- Persuade Micheil Ros to help you and grant you access to Arx Sewers via his basement
- Optional: Find a way to enter The Estate of Micheil Ros
- Enter Arx Sewers
- Find and confront Isbeil and Queen Justinia
- Defeat Isbeil
- Deal with the Deathfog:
- Unleash it into the sea (saving the city)
- Destroy the device and flood the sewers with Deathfog
- Unleash the Deathfog unto Arx
- Speak with Justinia and decide her fate
- Spare Justinia
- Kill Justinia
- Speak with Micheil Ros
