Hail Storm is a Hydrosophist Source skill.

Description

edit

Hail Storm is a offensive hydrosophist source skill that allows caster to chosen area (roughly 5 meter radius) with a hail storm consisting of 20 ice shards. Each shard does water damage and creates an ice surface. Characters may be hit with more than one shard as each shard has 3 meter explosion radius. Characters without Magic Armour will be afflicted with Chilled (for 1 turn) or Frozen (if target is already affected by Wet or Chilled) status effects for 2 turns and suffer damage directly to their health.

Since Hail Storm relies on Hydrosophy magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Hail Storm shards are reflected back when the target they hit is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).
