Deal earth damage and Knockdown enemy characters and items around you. Creates 8 random oil surfaces within the area.

Earthquake is a offensive Geomancer skill that allows caster to conjure an earthquake where they stand. This earthquake will deal earth damage to all hostile characters up to 13 meters from the caster. All characters without Physical Armour will be afflicted with Knocked Down status effect and will be unable to act for 1 turn. Should characters lose Magic Armour they will suffer damage directly to their Vitality.

Alongside the earth damage, this skill will generate 8 oil surfaces (each roughly 3 meter radius but the actual size and shape varies greatly) in random places within the area of effect (AOE) of the skill. These surfaces may intersect. Should any character find themselves in them they will be afflicted with Slowed status effect for 2 turns.

Since Earthquake relies on Geomancy magic it cannot be cast if caster is affected by Silenced and Enraged status effects. Earthquake skill is not reflected back when the target is under Deflective Barrier skill (Definitive Edition only).
