Description

Attar of the Blood Rose is a potion made of Blood Roses that grow from corpses found in the Witches Cave. When drunk it grants a +1 boost to all primary attributes until its consumer dies. Consuming the Attar of the Blood Rose while Five-Star Diner is in effect will double the effect of the potion. The character that consumes it will receive +2 to all primary attributes instead of +1.
